In helping out a friend pay for his vehicle repair ($3,000) I felt very disrespected and treated as a crook. Great group of people.
This is our first time buying a car from Total Motors, and we couldn't be happier with our Traverse. Our sales rep was Wyatt from the Orange City location, and he was great! Not only did he seal the deal, but we have never had a car dealership follow-up with us on a weekly basis to make sure we weren't having any problems and to answer any questions we may have. We will be visiting Total Motors again, for sure! Thank you to all!!!!
They quoted me $10,000 below KBB on my trade, insulting. I guess I now know why they always seem to have the same cars on the lot all the time. Edit: called Mitch, they seem to think wholesale pricing on trades is acceptable. Do your research, know what your vehicle is worth and not what they tell you.
