Total Motion Therapy helped me instantly – Total motion is an excellent program that I am thrilled to have an opportunity to experience. They not only teach you how your problems can effect other areas, but also how you can fix them on your own. From time to time I have spriatic issues that pop up, and now, thanks to Total Motion, I now know how to fix it myself and quickly.

Ache free through correct physical therapy – I had a dull ache in my left shoulder blade, I had feared the worst until I came to TOTAL MOTION, the staff was quick to identify my issue & have me work out the ache through great body movements. I am now ache free. These guys are the best!

Therapy For Life Long – I came on a friend’s recommendation. I had a stiff shoulder and had been to PT 3 times in the last 10 years. PT always worked, but I would eventually stop the maintenance exercise when my shoulder felt better. My friend told me this was a different kind of PT, so I tried it. My shoulder pain was almost gone after the first session. I enjoyed learning how to improve my body’s balance & alignment. Magical therapy for all your pains.... – I must say that I was initially somewhat skeptical. The skepticism resolved quickly when it became apparent that you guys know what you are doing. I am overall inspired with no further back pain. When my foot parenthesis act up, I am able to manage them quickly with the exercise that you taught me. I am now back to working out regularly with my trainer. Thank you for your help!
Unbelieable Therapy – When I started the therapy I could not believe that so easy exercise would work. I thought what a joke! But just after the first session I felt the difference. And today I’m just feeling great. And I enjoy doing exercises every morning now! God bless you all.
Total Motion changed my life – I am very pleased with my experience at Total Motion. I feel like this is the first time physical therapy has really worked for me. Not only am I feeling better but I learned a lot about my health, my body and what works to make me feel better. A New Beginning – My experience here at Total Motion began with the most kind, gentle voice answering the phone. That was fun and from there, the kindness and understandings only continued. Everyone cares and it is obvious. I learned a great deal to correct my issues and even understand my physical body at a higher level. From the therapist, techs, office staff – I loved everyone.
