I would give Total Mobility zero stars if possible. My son purchased an $80,000 Modified Ford Explorer from Total Mobility in Frederick Md a year ago. This experience has been a nightmare. We've found the sales and administrative staff people to be totally dishonest. In my son's case the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) awarded the contact to modify the Ford Explorer to Total Mobility based on competitive bids.
