Ordered 7075 links a month ago. I asked for an update on lead time. No response on lead time.
They will come up with an excuse every time. After 2 months of crickets they stated they had all parts in stock and were shipping everything 2 weeks later they had a machine go down which if they had all parts made why would it matter if their machine went down. 2 weeks after that they state they are shipping early the following week we'll 2 weeks later still hasn't shipped still no update I haven't canceled the order cant submit a total review because nothing has shown up
Don’t waste your time with this place. Ordered a set of replacement rock rings,not even a full set, site stated 8-10 day Lead time. no problem there, they’re cut to order. Waited a month, no email updates, checked in making sure everything was good. No email or phone response, even called daily almost a week straight. finally sent a message through their Facebook page after getting past the AI responses and to an actual person, Got a single response stating “weve been busy thrashing orders, will be cut and shipped today” I u... read more
Horrible customer service. Doesn’t answer phone or return calls.
Order a Input Bearing housing for my Dana 300 it was shipped. UPS left it on the street but, as the buyer is can't do anything. Tried to contact TMI by phone many times and emailed nothing back from them at all. They have to file a claim and send a new part. Can not get anyone to answer the phone or return a message or email.
