Ordered weld on beadlocks on 4/13. Website claims a 7-10 day lead time. On 4/21, I emailed to get a status and ask if the website was accurate. I received a relatively quick response that mine were in the next 20 to be cut. On 5/12, after seeing no movement on my order, I requested my order to be cancelled and a full refund issued. Ordered 7075 links a month ago. I asked for an update on lead time. No response on lead time.
They will come up with an excuse every time. After 2 months of crickets they stated they had all parts in stock and were shipping everything 2 weeks later they had a machine go down which if they had all parts made why would it matter if their machine went down. 2 weeks after that they state they are shipping early the following week we'll 2 weeks later still hasn't shipped still no update I haven't canceled the order cant submit a total review because nothing has shown up
Don’t waste your time with this place. Ordered a set of replacement rock rings,not even a full set, site stated 8-10 day Lead time. no problem there, they’re cut to order. Waited a month, no email updates, checked in making sure everything was good. No email or phone response, even called daily almost a week straight. finally sent a message through their Facebook page after getting past the AI responses and to an actual person, Got a single response stating “weve been busy thrashing orders, will be cut and shipped today” I u... read more
