Let me tell you a little bit about your customer experience with Total metal innovation. After waiting a month and seeing no change to my order status I placed a call to the customer service department. Of course there was no answer and no response. Extremely bad customer service. They never reply emails or answer phone calls. Ordered some weld on beadlocks and did not get any information on order status. I waited 2 months without any info until I contacted BBB (BetterBusinessBeural) and complained about Business. They replied that same day. Got my full refund.
These guys are great fantastic!!! Orded one of there adapters an found out it wouldent work befor they sent it out. They milled it down to fit my 4l80e even during the busy holiday's on short notice.. will definitely do business with them again.. thanks again guys!
Bead lock rings are beefy and look pretty good, laser wasn't square when cutting my rings so all of my holes are cut at an angle. Took over 40 days to ship my bead lock rings and I had to inquire about them after 2 weeks of no correspondence for them to tell me they were behind on orders. Tyler did email back both times, but posting somewhere (like your website) that you're over a month behind would've been nice. Communication goes a long way!
