Order a Input Bearing housing for my Dana 300 it was shipped. UPS left it on the street but, as the buyer is can't do anything. Tried to contact TMI by phone many times and emailed nothing back from them at all. They have to file a claim and send a new part. Can not get anyone to answer the phone or return a message or email. So I am out the cost and the product. Very poor customer service.
TMI make some seriously quality parts just be ready to wait a bit to get them totally worth the wait
Installed the Magnitude Transfer Case from Total Metal Innovations in my Bronco 2, and I couldn’t be happier. Shifts smooth as butter, feels rock solid, and the build quality is top-notch. Everything from fitment to performance has been on point. You can tell this thing was built with real-world abuse in mind. Easily one of the best upgrades I’ve done to the rig — highly recommend if you want something that performs just as good as it looks.
Can't thank Tyler enough. Between the great communication and customer service to an amazing product with there magnitude d300. I was running a behemoth colossus tcase before which was absolute trash which made wheeling trips suck. I talked with Tyler and he gave me a deal I couldn't pass up and im so glad I didn't because now my buggy is even better now that I dont have any more shifting problems.
I ordered 5 diy beadlocks kits, 5 balance beads and a bolts kits. After several months of waiting with not receiving any updates on my order I received everything but my bolts kit. I have called and email TMI countless times and as we approach the one year mark, I have yet to hear back from anyone at this company about the reaming pieces of my order or offering a refund.
