Showed up to my appointment and was able to checkin immediately with friendly service. I was called back within minutes and able to see a nurse and a provider very quickly. All in all the service was quick, friendly, and informative.
I walked into this clinic…. first impression….the typical careless lady at the counter… “sir, appointment only” “ what about the sign outside…JUST WALK IN?” She was back with that careless answer… “appointment only sir” “Ok could you please check at another clinic if I can be seen? (Meaning another Total Men’s clinic..) And she is like “there a clinic at the corner (Longhorn care) and there’s another one behind HEB (St David Care Now). Did my annual and first time visit. The staff and doctor are very friendly. Everything went so easily and efficiently compared to my past experiences at doctor offices. The doctors here seem very interested in your long-term well-being.
I had a truly outstanding experience at my recent medical appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. This place does not have male doctors. They use female nurse practitioners. Additionally, they look to get you into one of their other high cost programs that require a referral. It is anything my total men’s health when they can only treat a fraction of what other pcp’s can take care of. I’m honestly disappointed that they did not have a male doctor on site when I was there.
