Quick, straight to the point…. And out back to work… love it! Very nice staff as well!
New patient, first appointment, showed up on time, getting new insurance card sent over to front desk took about 10minutes and then they said my appointment was past time and they could not see me. Would not recommend
This place is a joke. I got my labs done and after the dr prescribed me medicine. I tried getting these meds for like 3 months. They never put the order. I would call and go in person and they would just come up with excuses. Now they are trying to charge me $250 for idk what. The dr saw me once , got my labs, prescription never sent, waited 3 months going back and forth!! Wasted my time!!
I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, but unfortunately, since February of this year, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have multiple charges on my account that I have not been able to get a clear explanation for. When I contacted the clinic, I was told to call the billing department. When I called billing, I was told that someone would call me back, but no one ever did. May and Natalie are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE THE A RAISE!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been everywhere from Bastrop to Round Rock and all over Austin. The Burnet/Domain location does it right and has without a doubt the most Amazing people.5 stars is not enough.
