Total Medical Care deserves more than five stars. I have always been extremely pleased and thankful for their whole team. My two kids and I have been patients at their clinic since 2010. My name is Rochelle Putnam. I have been a regular patient here for 5 yrs now. I love this place. The staff, the location and the caring love they give my son Conner and I everytime we visit. ThIs Is WHERE My PRIMARY CARE PHSYCIAN is. Thank you to Dr. Scott & Dr. Megan. (that is how my son & I address them) If you don't have an appointment that is fine. Then it just like an URGENT CARE. No more emergency room for me if I have a choice! I have been to this Urgent Care 3 times and every time has been an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the Medical staff is very efficient. They take time to listen and have been compassionate and friendly. Thanks for making a place available so I don't have to sit hours in the emergency room.

1st time there, I came in and a fellow came in after me. They helped the second guy and totally ign 1st time there, I came in and a fellow came in after me. They helped the second guy and totally ignored me. I left and will never go back. Very poor customer service. When I called later I was told maybe they did not know I was there. I was standing at the desk and the gal asked if she could help me but then helped the other guy. The office manager does no good for the clinic if she is just going to make excuses for the staff ... read more

Great Service! The time I have been there the service has been quick and comprehensive. The doctor actually listens to what you have to say and understands that your symptoms may be interconnected instead of cutting you off and asking you to schedule another visit to talk about the next thing. The ladies at the front are kind and answer your questions and have a good disposition.

Must go here if you ever get sick The staff are very frindly, the office is so clean, and takes care all your medical needs in one location at one stop. If you ever get sick go to this place.

The best Office I took my two kids to this Urgent Care on Thursday, the staff and Dr. Q was amazing. They took care of my kids very well. i came in for urgent care but I loved the Dr, the staff, and the office is so clean. I made Total Medical Care as my and my family's Primary Care office. This office is open 7 days a week.....I have never been to any urgent care and Primary Care like this place. Thanks Total Medical Care for all your work

Great i took my child there on a sunday in 2009 and Dr. Q has become my sons primary care physician as both my husband and i were extremely happy with the service, their overall environmnet and further more their willingness to help you feel comfortable as much as they can. all of their staff is child friendly, my kids as are not scare to go there.
