I purchased two procedures (both facial type services) in May of 2024, I used one and left one on the books for a later date. Today I called to schedule the other facial in September and was told that my time had expired and my monies had been written off the books in May of 2025 (over $200 written off). Written off, not refunded. She said that as of last summer (2024) they had a new policy and no money stays on an account after 1 year. No notice, letter or phone call to let a person know. I’ve been seeing Julie for laser hair and she is amazing. She has a very calming demeanour and makes laser hair super easy. Go see her for all of your laser hair needs!
My experience with Julie at at Leonard Medi Spa was absolutely amazing. I had multiple treatments, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure relaxation and comfort. Service was excellent, office atmosphere made the visit incredibly pleasant. Definitely plan to go back for more treatments.
My visits to L Medi Spa were always positive. Staff are always welcoming upon arrival. All packages purchased were satisfactory. Special kudos to Julie, she's fantastic!
