Our AC went out, so we got a second opinion after speaking with another company. Trevor at Total Mechanical Solutions was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We didn't feel pressured and were much more confident in the diagnosis and recommended repair. He got our AC fixed quickly and the whole experience was great. We'll definitely use them again.
I called to schedule a cleaning of my furnace and ac, and also told the woman on the phone my furnace blower was running nonstop while set to auto and I’d like that diagnosed and fixed. Cleaning seemed to go fine, paid $260, am then told the blower of the furnace needs cleaned which is another $330, and they didn’t even look at the issue with the blower running nonstop. They gave me the most fair price up front (no false price to reel you in with discounts) and presented my options to me with thoroughness and patience. They encouraged me not to rush into choosing them, acknowledging the decision was a big one. They always showed up when they said they would and completed the project efficiently, leaving the space cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend.
The guys were great. They did excellent work and it was clear they were very knowledgeable about heat pumps and air flow throughout the house to get the most efficient system possible. I’m very happy with the results
