Justin and Zach did a killer job, superfast super clean and super courteous. I would highly recommend them for your condominium building. Or your house. Or your business.
TOTAL MECHANICAL, INC IS NOT A BBB ACREDITED BUSINESS. I can understand why. They charge excessive fees, and are very slow in sending out their billings. They are the chosen repair and maintenance company for the HOA of the building I live in. So, I have no choice in who does the work. They recently charged me $1,261 for about 90 minutes of work, to unclog a drain. And, they were very slow to send the bill to me. It actually shouldn't have even been my responsibility.
