Apparently not a priority to customers!
I misunderstood the rates and the final bill was ginormous. I explained that I'd have never spent almost $1k to fix a 10 yr old commercial fridge when I could buy a new one for $2200 with a warranty so Steve did approve a discount (and sent another repair tech out for free). The discount made the final amount closer to what I had calculated so that was great, and I appreciated it. Phoned on Tuesday bc the ice machine at my tavern was down. Took my address, business name and 2 phone numbers saying they'd be here Thursday or Friday. No show. No calls. Going into a weekend buying 4 bags of ice a day and trying to find service on a weekend. Can't comment on their work. I haven't experienced it.

Apparently, your emoyees think it's okay to violate federal and state law by blocking accessible access aisles and wheelchair ramps. Those spaces, access aisles, and ramps exist for disabled people who NEED them. Not your employees' convenience.
