Scheduled an appointment to get service done and no one ever showed up. Made multiple calls and left multiple messages and never heard back. Not a great look.

I misunderstood the rates and the final bill was ginormous. I explained that I'd have never spent almost $1k to fix a 10 yr old commercial fridge when I could buy a new one for $2200 with a warranty so Steve did approve a discount (and sent another repair tech out for free). The discount made the final amount closer to what I had calculated so that was great, and I appreciated it.
