Very terrible service. We had a sleep study done in February. It's now November and we still don't have a CPAP. I called them every day for 2 months trying to get this straightened out and I only spoke to someone 3 or 4 times. They hardly answered their phones (super frustrating). I finally went in and asked for all our paperwork so I could send it to the insurance company myself. Hopefully this gets fixed! Can't take much more of my husband's snoring.
Horrible office they never answer the phone and response time takes months!!!!
