Karyn King is truly a gem, spent some time with her for a year consistently and the work we did to help me learn how to regulate my nervous system and articulate my emotions was beyond my expectations. She’s very knowledgeable about how the brain works and stores things like Tramua, forgetfulness, anxiety etc. and the best part she uses some faith based practices that bring all together. If you want to heal, someone who’s honest and truly has a passion and purpose for your mental health Karyn King is IT!!!
10/10 highly recommend. I’ve enjoyed every session I’ve had thus far. I’ve even taken both of my kids for the experience. I was referred and have truly enjoyed Ms. Karyn with her knowledge, patience, being very relatable & her expertise. Excited for the journey.
