I would rate Paul Carr Jr a 10 not a 5 n he did a wonderful job.
Paul Carr Jr. and the #TLCHW fit fam are amazing! Although some minor injuries have impeded my movement, I push through because I love it! The energy there is contagious! I challenge you to try any of the classes especially Step, I guarantee you'll be back for more. Come feel every piece of the energy, you won't regret it.
I've been completely changed physically and mentally because of Coach Paul Carr. I've never been this consistent ever about being committed to any form of organized workout regime. Not only is his style of working out unique but his patience and diligence towards his clients is remarkable. The TLCW brand has impressed me for the past year and I'm as committed to this brand and style of coaching as Paul Carr is to his supporters of TLCW.
