Company didn’t find the problem. Didn’t fix the problem. Open a hole in my wall. (And charge me 3k to fix said hole) The 49 the site advertised for the a valuation? Actually is 250. The guy that came didn’t explain nothing before doing what he wanted. Honestly everything we suggest that could be the problem he agreed. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He kept pushing to file a claim with insurance and to change the WHOLE HOUSE FLOOR!!! Don’t be fooled by this company like we were.
I called them and they came right out same day, everyone was very professional. I dealt mainly with Peterson and he was great! Highly recommend this company!!
