I took my push mower there two times to fix it. The first time, it worked for about 5 minutes. Then, it started acting up again. I called them to tell them they didn’t fix it. The owner told me to bring it back, and they would take care of it. Well, he tried to charge me again the second time. It all seemed very shady in my opinion. Dropped lawnmower off because it was ticking. Had it fixed in less than two weeks great experience. Thanks guys
Failed twice to repair the unit. The first time they caused damage to the fittings and had to replace again. The second time resulted in leaks - and we had not run unit at all. On top of that, they left our garage-kept unit outside in the weather for months and it looked horrible when we went to pick it up. Griff is a good guy but I don't trust Henry and will NOT be returning. I doubt this stays up for long because it's a negative review but trust me, find another repair shop if you want something done right.
