I didn't use them but my neighbors do. Not the brightest group working for them. They parked their truck on a side of the street with no parking, blocking both my drive way and a fire hydrant. When I pointed it out the moron driving looked confused. He pulled forward to not block my drive but stayed right in front of the hydrant

The company itself is good, the crew are rude, idiotic morons. Two years in a row they have weed wacked my entire lawn! They have yelled at me, told me they're doing me a favor and they come out without lawn mowers. It's the most bizarre service that for some reason I still get billed for. I agree it would be better off paying a child to do the work. The crew have no clue and they smoke on the job. They're messy, lazy and butcher my lawn every week. I would not recommend TLC.

Carved up vinyl siding on several chunks of the house their first time out this season. They won't be back. Clearly they go out of their way to hire derelicts and mouth-breathing invalids at every position in the company. You're completely better off paying a 14 year old down the street 20 bucks to do the job. He won't try to murder your house with a weed wacker. These guys suck.
