Contractor is unprofessional and did not complete service agreed upon. Twice he was late for a three-hour window of service time. One time contractor did not show-up for set appointment (nor call). The work performed (annual "start-up"of sprinkler system, and splicing one hose) was of poor quality. The sprinklers were never adjusted - as is part of the "start-up" agreement.
