My only problem is that I didn't use them sooner,great staff actually a group of people that actually care
In 2020 I had surgery at TJS and everything went great. However, I've since moved out of the area. Now, one of my local doctors informed me that surgery was my only option again. I had a fall and had a spiral fracture to my femur on left leg also my right hip dislocated so I had to have both surgeries at the same time. I was so fortunate to get Dr. Brandon Naylor as my surgeon. Not only is he the very best surgeon he has an amazing bedside manner. He is very busy but never rushed and always answered all my questions. His RN Jo, and radiologist technologist Mariah were so pleasant and professional. Hopefully I never need an orthopedic surgeon again but Dr. Naylor would without a doubt be my choice.
This practice is great if you don’t already have mobility issues before knee replacement. Their approach to PT through the Force app was not adequate for my recovery. I had to find my own in home PT for the 2 months after surgery and then I had to get my neurologist to write a pt order for out patient PT. My operative knee will not straighten and I can’t walk as good as I did before surgery 3 months ago. This is my second joint replacement by Dr. DeCook. He performed my hip replacement over 7 years ago and my knee replacement 2 days ago. He and his team are wonderful and extremely professional. There is never a wait at the office and my surgeries were prompt and I felt well informed about my pre and post op instructions throughout the process. The Force app they are using now for information, exercises and messaging is great! I highly recommend Dr. DeCook and this practice.
