If Jiu-Jitsu were a country, the Total coaches could be its senior ambassadors; they are all expert at Jiu-Jitsu and expert at teaching it. They also all happen to be humorous, encouraging and friendly. The best of bad-ass. So the tone in this place is serious about the discipline in a good natured way. This gym is a diamond. That’s why I drive 22 miles across town to train here.
