bob did thorough inspection in september…completed an easy to understand comprehensive report…he was willing to clarify any concerns I had…i would use him again..
He was recommended by our realtor (convinced he is the guy who just approves everything to push through sales). He missed multiple issues, signs of mold in basement, withering away chimney, broken window, etc. He takes notice of irrelevant minor things to make it look legit. He shows up 2 hours before your scheduled time so he is always "just finishing up" when you arrive instead of going through the house with you present like you hired him to do.
