Alicia thanks for the follow up and the quick response. I texted last night and I received a call this morning. You called me prior to the scheduled appointment saying a tech was available now if I was available. The tech rolled up and listened and performed troubleshooting. He resolved the issue, replaced the faulty part shook my hand and had me very happy in October in Sacramento triple digits..yikes Thx again
Today is a wonderful day. My air condition unit went out last night. I called several companies to assist me, but they couldn't come out until monday. I have a mother in law that's on dialysis, and we really needed this air conditioner working. I called Arctic and explain my situation to them. They were able to schedule me a appointment the next morning, which is today Saturday. Joe was the person that accommodated me. Joe went over the call of duty to make my situation right.
