I am beyond satisfied with their work! I called the day before to book an appointment for 6:30 PM the next day. I was worried since it was last minute, but from the phone and text communication, they were very professional and went above and beyond. When I arrived at the salon, I was immediately seated. Khadija was AMAZING! She started my hair right at 6:30 PM and finished by 8:10 PM. She was fast, professional, and the results look incredible. I absolutely LOVE my hair! I will definitely be returning.

Sira at Total Image Salon is the best. Her skilled hands & pleasent personality make all of the difference in the experience. Every style is completed thoughtfully. Sira’s customer service is unmatched. I will continue to look to Sira from Total Image Salon for all my protective styles. She listens to the idea you want for a style and communicates well how the style will be executed. Her gentle hands actually allow for the protective style to “protect” she understands the importance of proper hair care.
Best hair braiding shop I have ever been to. I'm not sure what all these reviews are about.... my hair has never been this nice ! Sira is amazing please go here!!!!
