I would not return. While the braids are neat, the experience was disappointing. I requested bra-strap length braids, but the finished style ended up much longer than expected due to long curled ends that were not discussed until the end of the appointment. The customer experience was also uncomfortable. The braider spent much of the appointment on loud phone calls, including complaining and discussing my appointment time. Do a great job with your hair, but please don't talk about your customers that are in your chair you would got a better tip then 20$ if you have better hospitality and under the customers is there to feel comfortable and is trusting with the service they paid for , so be little more respectful

I am beyond satisfied with their work! I called the day before to book an appointment for 6:30 PM the next day. I was worried since it was last minute, but from the phone and text communication, they were very professional and went above and beyond. When I arrived at the salon, I was immediately seated. Khadija was AMAZING! She started my hair right at 6:30 PM and finished by 8:10 PM. She was fast, professional, and the results look incredible. I absolutely LOVE my hair! I will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing. I feel at home. Everyone is very kind and professional. Fast and efficient. They listen carefully and understand client’s need.
