They keep deleting my review. I had a disappointing experience with Fong. From the beginning, she came across as very cold. As soon as she saw my hair, she asked, "Why do you have so much hair?" I understand that the salon has a policy of charging extra for long and thick hair, and I have no issue with that. You recently did my aunts hair and it looked beautiful. Julia did a lovely job.
I don't recommend this. I asked for a specific haircut and they gave me a different one without consulting me; they didn't respect my instructions. I will never return.
Michelle is absolutely amazing! She gave me the perfect haircut and color, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She’s so talented, kind, and truly listens to what you want. I left feeling so much more confident. Thank you, Michelle I can’t recommend you enough!
