I’ve been to this salon twice now, hoping to get a nice, voluminous blowout with curls — something polished and bouncy. Unfortunately, both times I left feeling incredibly disappointed. Instead of the glamorous style I asked for, I walked out with flat, frizzy, and unevenly curled hair that looked nothing like what I requested.
