I went in to salon not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair the Salon owner Brenda was AMAZING she looked at my hair and knew right away what style would be best for my hair type she was knowledgeable and so nice I give this Salon A++++ I left there feeling Fabulous !!

I’ve been to Total Image twice now, and I wouldn’t say it’s a place to go with textured hair. I had the gentleman both times and it felt more-so like he had took no passion or care into doing my hair. I understand that it may not be as commonly seen/“harder”, but I almost felt like he was annoyed and just trying to get me out of the chair. Something to think of if you are planning to go there with a tighter texture, and especially disappointing to me as I feel like the bare minimum is knowing how to do every hair type. Ryan literally changed my life with this buzz mullet - a salon full of kind and friendly people, took me to the 90s in the best way possible. Glad to have found it, will be back!

If I could give less than one star I would. I came in for a beard trim and granted it only cost me 6$ but for the job he did on my beard he should give me 60$. I have an interview tomorrow and my moustache is uneven and my beard looks as if it was lined up by a 12 year old please hire adequate staff other than the blue haired gentleman who clearly hasn’t trimmed a beard in his life. I will never come back.
