Don't let them give you a gift certificate for an item!!! I purchased a remote starter for my wife for Xmas. They gave me a box and a gift certificate in the amount for the starter and installation so she would have something to open. My wife decided she did not want the starter and so I went to the store for a refund. I was told since I recieved a gift certificate I couldn't get a refund only store credit!! This is after we just had one installed on our daughters car. This is bad business and in my opinion manipulative!!!
Can't say enough about these guys. Personal attention, super knowledgeable, speedy, and meticulous. I drive from Murrysville, 45 minutes, if I need anything.
