I am seasonal resident and went to the salon with my color, brand and formula for coloring my hair. Elaini assured me that she will get the product and her "color expert" will color my hair. She ended up bleaching my hair(which was already bleached from the sun and is now breaking) and I left the salon with white hair. To make matters worse I was charged $150. for getting white hair.
