I had the pleasure of having Nela as my hairdresser at Total Image. I was extremely impressed with her outstanding customer service. This was my first time at a salon after a couple of years so I was definitely nervous. Nela made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The lady was literally not good as she was pulling my hairs so badly while doing blow dryer and my hairs are still white not worth as I paid them 180 dollars in this much money I can get better service in a better salon even they have not given me the receipt as I asked her on the phone for receipt she behave rudely. Really very disappointed with their hair color and hair cut. Will not go this salon again. I have always had a fantastic experience at the salon, glad I found it. People there are all so kind, helpful and riendly. Anya has been my hairstylist. She does a perfect job with my hair. I admire her working method, patience and her kind, professional demeanor. Hairstyling results always amaze me. Very important point for me is that the salon layout accommodates my disability needs. I highly recommend the salon
