Terrible service. Gordana, who claimed to be the manager at the Mapleview Mall location, ripped off my skin during an eyebrow wax, leaving visible scars. She smelled strongly of cigarettes and showed zero professionalism — blamed me, refused a refund, and even called security. Completely unsafe and disrespectful. Avoid this salon.
