There was a sign that said special promotion so I began to tell the attendant at the front just a trim she never told me upfront how much extra it would be for my daughters hair considering this promotion but it looks like there was no promotion because we ended up paying 79 dollars with a promotion to wash cut and blow dry my daughters hair.
