Catherine is such an incredible blond specialist. Every time I come in for a bleach and tone she truly never misses. I don't trust anyone else with my hair but her!! ❤️

I had an appointment booked in advance and arrived on time. I was told another client who came early was being taken first, and I would need to wait about an hour. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. It felt very unprofessional and dismissive of my time, so I chose to leave. Extremely disappointing experience. I would give them 0 star.
