I would like to send in a review on my experience i had the pleasure to witness. My furnace was blowing cold air and no heat, I put in a maintenance request for the problem. [JUNIOR] was at my residence quickly and on a Sunday. I was very pleased with that! Was having trouble with my 9 year old heat pump. Had the original installer of the unit out to search for the trouble and they diagnosed it as a bad TXV valve. Pretty expensive repair. I then called TOTAL HVAC and they sent Paul out to look at it and provide an estimate to repair. Paul was very courteous and thorough. I noticed that he listened extremely well to everything I had to say about recent activity with the heat pump. Kisha J**** so professional answered my questions and scheduled appointment on my time. Adam came out did a great job on service and found a problem. He had to order the part, once in, Kisha called me again and again, scheduled for my time. Adam came out again and once he was through my unit worked great. I have had a problem with unit heating the house. Other companies just said it's a heat pump but it's not that old and stopped doing a good job of heating. Adam solved that problem. What started out as an awesome experience has turned into just BAD BUSINESS. The AWSOME: Jeff, with Total HVAC, came promptly on time to discuss what I thought I needed and wanted - A ductless mini split unit for our master bedroom and bathroom. He walked through and looked at our existing upstairs HVAC system and stated that we didnt need a new system. Left my family with no a/c for 4 days in July claiming that the part needed was "not in stock". Finally had to find the part myself and hire another company to install it. I found the part myself within minutes, amazing how they could have done the same thing. Thanks for 4 days of sweating and being ignored Total HVAC!
