Had trouble with the third shift aide sleeping as well as trying to bill my grandmother for time she was in the hospital on a text invoice for 5,000 she literally visited once. While she was being taking care of hospital staff. The first shift aide charged for hours she wasnt even there. Every thursday she left at two charged til 8 for months as well as the weekend that I worked only to be charged back 5 weeks when i worked since the weekend before mothers day when the third shift person left.
Working here has given me a new idea of what it means to supported by my company. It is a give and take, they are fast to fix mistakes and make sure that people are involved to help them not happen again. This also counts on each employee wanting to do their part as well! Meeting in the middle to ensure that my experience is great requires two sides! I am very happy I have found a place that is happy to find common ground to help me, and the company, be as successful as possible!
