The team of Carlos is great, incredible workers. They start the days before 7am and finish at 9pm, always working, no music, no talk. Thank you so much for your good job.
Total home roofing did everything they said they would do. In only two days they tore down and replaced our roof. My hats off to the two guys who spent 12 hours a day doing all the work and cleaned up everything. I went with THR for two reasons, first they had their own financing and also have a wind mitigation report included. I would recommend them to anyone.
Carlos Fontaine was great and his workers are fabulous
Basically, the same story as many of the others. Salesman would not return any calls from the start after the contract was signed. Roof leaked before one year period. Many messages left by property management, owner, etc but could get no replies back and no one to come make repairs (warranty paper says reply would be within 24 hours). Very unprofessional. Awful treatment by a company to which a large amount of money was paid to for a new roof. Would Not Recommend this company.
Very bad experience with this company, they said they can take care of everything when the salesman came out and when job was done they said they don’t do metal fascia so the whole back of the house looks horrible because they just left the fascia half way hanging off. They also caused damage to a structural component to the house with a hammer and they took no responsibility whatsoever for it. I have them on camera doing it since they did it right by the camera and they still take no responsibility for it
