I have been on hold for two hours and twenty minutes trying to even get a hold of someone to discuss our leak in our roof. This is awful, judging by the comments my husband and I are thinking maybe we should just cut through the games and get a lawyer before our home grows mold and becomes a health hazard due to this company not holding up their end of the agreement. 🤔🤔

While the tear off and roofing process went well, the warranty support is terrible. I have an active leak and once I get through to their “warranty dept” and make appointments, they blow them off. A company’s warranty is only as good as they stand behind it. This company does not. Suggest you take your business elsewhere. The pic shows a new active leak. This was provided to the Warranty Group, and now I’m trying (hours on the phone) trying to get through and get this corrected! 9Jan24- Update: After 2 1/2 months and a compa... read more

Would be 0 stars if I could. They installed a new roof for us 2 years ago, and we have had 4 leaks. Each leak has resulted in visible damage and subsequent repairs needed on the home. It has taken weeks at times to get a repair crew on site. They are not reliable in the times they say they will be there, and they had to come out 3 or 4 times for one of the leaks because they didn't fix it correctly. We had to fix the damages ourselves after one of the leaks because they wouldn't schedule someone to come fix it. We are dealin... read more

Worst Customer Service in South Florida. Do not hire this company. No one answers the phone, several calls over and over and no answers, no email replies , I have leaks that need immediate attention. I filled out the warranty, I sent the pictures by email. Someone finally came and said it’s bad and told me I have to talk to a manager, and that they are no longer servicing the area. A job done in 2020 and I have a 15 year warranty. I’ll be taking legal action!!!!!

Very unprofessional people I called and spoke to Sarah to book my roof estimate and I told her I was using Fortifi to finance and was told it was fine. Jason came out and did the estimate and after a week I texted him to tell him that I was going with them for the job and reiterated that we were using Fortifi and he said we could finalize the contract on Saturday. Today I received a message from Jason two days before we were to sign the papers that they don’t use fortifi financing. Very bad communication and customer skills ... read more
