They don't know what they're doing. The roof they installed LEAKS and they refuse to fix it. They don't warranty their work. Garbage customer service.
I was referred to Total Home Roofing, specifically Sergio to get a quote for my roof. I was told that he was great to work with and had very good communication skills. They were not wrong! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and came prepared. I really appreciated him having shingle samples on hand and an information packet. The packet covers the warrenty and guarentees they offer, proof of the companies legitimacy, and even financing options available. Leaving me with very little questions. While the tear off and roofing process went well, the warranty support is terrible. I have an active leak and once I get through to their “warranty dept” and make appointments, they blow them off. A company’s warranty is only as good as they stand behind it. This company does not. Suggest you take your business elsewhere. The pic shows a new active leak. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never written a bad review for any company purely because if I ever had an issue it was resolved by decent customer service. My project for a 1700 sq. ft. villa took 5 months to complete, last year from the WPB location. They left my roof BARE during a hurricane. I had 8 leaks in my home. NO ONE answers calls. My husband said it perfectly in his recent review, only the leak has become worse since and still no one has come out. Attached is an updated photo. These are my husbands words… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they installed my “new” metal roof in 2021 and it has been leaking ever since should of just kept the old roof it never had a problem!
