They repaired my roof and the lakes rainstorm that came in the roof was still leaking. I’ve called talked to Chris. He said he would be back out. Call again. Give him a week. Call again no answer called again. No answer called again. Just been going on for over a month
My roof done by Total Home Roofing in Feb 2023 is now leaking down a wall. I have called several times and no one is calling me back. I want someone to come take a look. I am assuming that is not going to happen based on all of the reviews.
I can't get anyone to call me back on a warranty request. This is the 2nd repair needed on a roof that's less than 2yrs old.
Our new roof looks beautiful. We had an amazing crew that completed our roof in one day! I would definitely recommend Total Home Roofing for a quality job at a great price!
