New roof from this company 12/01/20 with 15 year warranty. Discovered leak on ceiling 10/23/23. After two reps sent out no repairs yet. Difficult getting thru to warranty department. Check all reviews and BBB claims on this company before giving them your business. Each review I post gets the same incorrect response.
My roof started leaking 2 weeks ago from the rain with water running down the walls in the hallway and in my kitchen. Was told to fill out warranty form which we did on the 17th. Sent several emails and pictures of the damage since and no one is responding going on 2 weeks now. After the rain this past weekend, my ceiling is about to collapse. Had to pull up carpet.
