I would never recommend that anyone use these idiots they are by far the worst so called roofing company. They flooded my house by hiring substandard workers and then don't show up to fix the damage
I signed for a roof for them last year and right before I was about to start they tried to increase my price by 33%. Obviously I cancelled and ended up finding a better quality and priced roof so hindsight it was a blessing but the way it was handled was incredibly unprofessional.
This company was hired to do work right after Hurricane IAN. They showed up with a dumpster, ripped off the shingles and never finished the work. When we call the Project manager we've been told several times they would be out to complete. Well guess what, it's still not even started! This company has one of the worse customer services I have ever seen. If you are looking for a professional roofing company this is not the one for you. Signed a contract to replace my shingle roof. After waiting 3 months for a scheduled install date, I was put through months of no shows, then workers showing up multiple times without me being told they were coming, missing/unresponsive job supervisors, truly sloppy workmanship, broken promises to address sloppy work, garbage left in front of my home for days, not enough products ordered to complete the installation, lien placed on my home for... read more
Installed a flat roof on my house. Roof leaked since installation. I have asked them to fix several times. They send unskilled laborers over to try and fix the repair. I have paid multiple times to have the inside of my ceiling repaired after each visit. This has been going on for over a year. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
