Very honest and straight forward. The owners genuinely care about their customers. They did a great job with our a/c. Highly recommend.

Second time the owner has come and serviced our unit AC units prior to summer. When our home warranty company's contracted AC service guy was trying to get us for all kinds of parts and labor that weren't covered in our warranty, Total Home Repair was honest, cheaper in price and labor. We live far out in an outlying area and there is never an extra fee. Highly recommended and will return for future service.
Chris really cares about customers. He went out of his way to help me get an AC compressor fixed under my home warranty plan. He communicated to the warranty company and picked up the parts on Friday afternoon to install on Saturday morning, the fastest this could be done. Previous company was going to take 3-5 business days after submitting report just to get the parts. I've used Total Home Repair before and I definitely recommend them without hesitation.
