Our Association has one very good year with TH Management. We needed a quick transition, and needed to replace all of the current vendor contractors. Their performance was great, and their vendor base was very good. A shout out to Karen, our Community Manager at TH who made this happen. She is always accessible, 24 x 7, and works very hard to meet our expectations. Their Network and IT systems allows us even greater access. I would highky recommend TH and Karen, their Community Manager.
Great company to work with !! I sit on the board for a condominium association and meet with TH management monthly. They are a pleasure to work with and are very efficient at getting things done.
Constant baby sitting this is the side of my property they do not follow up on vendors this is not management
I called several times never received a phone call back. Very disappointed.
I cannot stand this management company. They have the worst customer service and they are very rude.
Do yourself a favor and don't do do business with them.
This management co has been absolutely wonderful to me and many of my neighbors. Any problems I have are resolved, even in the middle of the night! I understand they can't please everyone, but I hope we never lose TH - they are a blessing!
This is the worst Home Management Company in Michigan. The employees are rude and discrespectful (Kati....Kitti...whatever her name is and Stewart). As an owner, I expect a professional courtesy. If it were up to me they should be out of business because their customer service went out the window.
