Snapped at by office help. Made to feel like a burden. One nurse, Robin I believe, absolute angel. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Everyone else, can't say. So far no good. Imagine having a senior in need and it's after hours, the on-call doesn't answer. Life is hard but here you'll learn resilience as you'll end up just doing everything yourself. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I am. Buyer beware...

When they office tell the nurses that the can no longer take care of the patient at the last minute. Short notice adding more stress on the family caregiver
