This business needs to train their people in customer service so they can speak intelligently with customers and know what this business supplies and doesn't supply and to whom. I was given their info to get a wheel chair paid by medicare. I am unable to walk for 3 months, I called and the lady said have your Dr send an order, that's all that's needed. Early summer of 2019 my doctor wanted me to have a more up to date Cpap machine. I told his office I wanted a Dreamstation he sent request with Rx to total home health. When I went to pick it up it turns out the doctor's Rx requested a different brand. I advised Total home I wanted the Dreamstation and they straightened it out with the doctors office, and I came back 2 days later and picked up the Dream station. Received Cpap equipment in Egin. I found out later medicare rejected the claim, claiming the equip was given to me before they had a prescription from the doctor. (not true). Medicare wouldn't pay, they appealed and apparently lost their final appeal. My cpap humidifier died and when I called they now claim they will no longer provided me with equipment, and I must find a new provider. All this is through no fault of mine.
