Total Home Comfort helped us out with our new home in August, when we discovered hot water heater was not working and Enercare refused to send a service tech unless I booked replacement. We booked a purchase with Total Home Comfort instead. They quickly had our old unit replaced, and serviced our AC & furnace the same day. Service from Matt and his team was excellent. They are now our go-to for all HVAC needs!
Excellent service, great advice, quick response time and competitively priced. We used Total Home Comfort to install a humidifier, and we will be using them as our provider for AC/furnace needs moving forward. Highly recommend their service!
Once again a text book example of customer care! We had a meter replacement by Enbridge which was a nightmare of inefficiency. From the 1st visit that determined that another group had to install a modification to the gas standpipe before the new meter could be installed to its installation a week later. Then the install of the meter which resulted in red tags because of a leak which could not be found. These guys are the most reliable, kindest, quickest hvac service team, organized and with lots of knowledge. Reasonable prices too.
