The technician that provided service for our air conditioning was amazing. He answered all my questions and didn't rush or give quick answers . He took his time to explain things that will now help us use our system more efficiently. Thank you for your excellent service.
Chuck and the team at Total Heating and Cooling have been my go to for over a decade. Great service and installation of my geothermal unit, and responsive to services since. They are regularly busy because they are trustworthy and their techs are very knowledgable, so schedule services proactively. They went above and beyond to get my emergency repair completed timely and restore heat during freezing temps. Highly recommend.
Called them in the middle of October, they said they would call back or call them back the middle of November to book a checkup, since they were a little busy. So we waited against better judgment, since they'd installed the heat pump. Just called them back and they said we're too busy, and can't come out this year. They did fine work all those years ago, but don't rely on them for service they will disappoint you, so I would suggest anyone else if you want them to install and care for your system.
