Very poor receptionist skills; rude and arrogant. Not recommended despite any good doctor. Poorly coordinated.
0 star if possible. First time called them to reschedule, reception picked up the phone and asked to hold on. Stayed on hold for 5 min but there was nobody talk to me so I left them a message, of course NOBODY called back. Then I called another day and finally I got rescheduled. Came here for appointment and waited for about 10 min. Asked how long it will be the waiting and was told 25 min more. And the reception was eating her lunch at the reception desk so the waiting area smells like lunch room.
