Exceptional service and staff! Dr. Levingston and team fosters a positive and uplifting environment while giving each patient the unique care they need! I highly recommend and will refer others to this practice.
Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful, from Kim at the front desk to the chiropractic tech, Nicolai, to my doctor. My headaches have greatly decreased since I started seeing Dr. Levingston for adjustments. Highly recommend.
First off, Dr. Brown is excellent. She is a book of knowledge, the other chiropractor seems great as well. I dealt with Dr. Brown and has no issues. The front desk and billing are terrible. I was supposed to be called back before my very first appointment to make sure they took my insurance and I didn't get a call, the next day I was headed there anyway, because I assumed there was no issue with my insurance since they hadn't called.
