RecommendedI had the most thorough work up with Dr. Conley than I’ve ever had before!! She watched my movement and gave me exercises. Her just making me aware of my body mechanics and making little adjustments has greatly improved my pain!!
A couple of years back I went to Total Health Solutions to see Dr. Seidel for the first time due to my left leg was in bad shape from working out and me not taking care of my body. Of course I waited till I felt like my leg was gonna fall off, when I walked into Dr. Seidel's office she had a smilie on her face, was very friendly, and concern about my well-being. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable, great resources including massage and acupuncture to give you the best all around care possible.
We have made more progress in a few sessions with Dr Conley than with any other chiropractor. Her knowledge of foot and gait issues is amazing. She helped my 3 year old son get out of orthotics and has helped me with chronic neck and back pain. We adore Dr Conley and have referred our friends here for foot and pain issues. We originally found her through Instagram where she posts lots of super helpful videos about how to help your feet. She's a dedicated practitioner and great with kids. 5 stars!
Doc Caroline Seidel almost completely solved a lower back issue that had 10+ years chronic annoyance in my life. At the worst times it was almost unbearable to do the things I loved like snowboard, xfit, etc. Her diagnosis techniques were critical to understanding and attacking the problem and she provided the exercises I need to maintain mobility and continue working towards a zero-pain future. I've been super impressed with Courtney and this practice. Their functional approach to wellness is awesome for athletes. Not your typical Chiropractor, which is a good thing! They go after the root cause of your injury instead of simply providing temporary relief.
