I had a very frustrating experience at Total Health Primary Care. When I booked the appointment, I explained my symptoms to the receptionist so they knew exactly why I needed to be seen. They still scheduled the appointment without mentioning any issues. When I arrived, I was required to pay before the visit, which I did. However, after I was taken back, I was told they couldn’t even test me because they had run out of tests. The doctor then simply told me to go home and take Tylenol.
