This pool has been a lifesaver for me, and 89 year old woman. Can't keep up with classes, but can exercise at my own speed. Usually have nice people to talk to as well as young people who help if we need it.
Well kept, clean facilities. Pool is a pleasant temperature and staff is helpful. Usually one or two other people on gym side when i arrive mid morning.
