Don’t visit this location. A waste of time been there 3 times and they do nothing but talk! They never get authorization for the X-rays so they keep wasting my time. Then the owner Dr. Esther Pichardo is unprofessional she doesn’t know what to advise for treatment! They only want to bill the insurance for talking and not actually adjusting or doing real work!

I only give 1 start because there is no option for zero. Horrible Customer Service experience. More than 1 hour waiting. They only care about your money. I went to have my body aligned as I had a bad pain in my back. They wanted to do so many test just because I reached my deductible and they told me my insurance will pay. I did fall into the 1st visit as I was in a lot of pain. They told me to go back. They NEVER did any alignment and they kept telling me about other tests. I was mislead before arriving to the office. The receptionist informed me that the first visit and consultation would be free. After making an appointment the chiropractor asked basic information, I was told I could get a cold pack only on my consultation visit. When leaving I was asked by the same receptionist to pay $50. She apologized for giving me false information and admitted her mistake....they than played the blame game between office manager and the chiro however still took the payment. Called for an appointment this morning 3/13 and got the answering service. Asked to be seen asap or same day if possible, lady took my number, insurance info and no one ever followed up or called. Garbage, the lack of commitment tells me a lot.
