Worst insurance ever! Their self proclaimed Wizard of Oz in house desk jockey doctor denied my surgery, the day before it was scheduled. Apparently the insurance company and their band of doctors who can’t actually function dealing with real people know better than the REAL doctors and surgeons who meet with patients. Will be trashing this insurance company for new immediately.
If you value your life, stay far away from this insurance company. They are infamous at taking a life saving device away from you years after they approved it. They go to great lengths to deny everything. Imagine being on a diabetic monitor for years and then they decide you no longer need it? I cannot imagine how many wrongful death lawsuits this company has against them.

How the hell are these idiots still in business? Nothing gets resolved, nobody seems to care and some of their workers are down right rude. There has been days of trying to get ahold of someone and the phones are either busy or you go through the stupid prompts putting in your info just to get to the point of waiting to speak to someone but it disconnects and you have to start all over again. This company should be shut down. There should be a -100 option as a rating. They cover almost nothing and even many important medications are not covered until you meet your $5K deductible. Every Doctor we have, their front desk person ALWAYS remark how terrible and frankly borderline unethical this company is. No matter how much we pay towards our deductible, if we sign into our account to find out how much of the deductible we have satisfied the amount remains the same. Zero. I would run from any employer that uses this health insurance. It is the worst health insurance that I have had in my life. Absolutely horrible benefits and all sorts of acrobatics are required to get what you need. I gave it a star only because there aren't any negative options. There should be a black hole option as opposed to a star.
