I attended a complimentary gentle/restorative yoga class. What a peaceful experience. Now, I'm thinking about taking the 200 hour teacher certification here. Thanks so much Sharon! In less than a year, I've finished the 200 RYT teacher training program, and I'm happy to say that I'm teaching 2 yoga classes at THY. Sharon is offering a 300 hour teacher certification, I so want to be part of the training. The best teachers are here, and, the most beautiful and tranquil studio.
